Our Product Managers sit at the intersection of deep technical problem solving and customer-centric discovery. As a Product Manager at Mandolin, you’ll own core modules of our platform while also embedding with customers to understand their most complex workflows. You’ll translate those insights into AI-driven solutions that are reliable, intuitive, and scalable. This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role that will shape both Mandolin’s product and the way healthcare organizations operate. What you’ll do Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product modules. Must-have experience 5+ years of product management (or equivalent) in enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflows. Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph) or workflow orchestration tools. Strong product instincts with a bias toward experimentation and iteration.
