Hinge Health is expanding beyond physical therapy to build a comprehensive Brain Health ecosystem. In this mission-critical role, you will lead the architecture and development of agentic AI systems that deliver personalized pain reprocessing therapy and mindfulness interventions. You will bridge the gap between clinical science and software engineering, building the engine that helps millions of members retrain how their nervous systems process pain. What You'll Accomplish Architect Next-Gen AI Therapies: Build and scale the agentic AI systems that power multi-session conversational therapy, ensuring they maintain context, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and align with clinical protocols. Build a Unified Education Platform: Design the centralized service that delivers personalized pain science education and mindset strategies, adapting content to each member's therapeutic goals. Drive Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for Brain Health in partnership with product and clinical leadership, balancing immediate delivery with scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure. Basic Qualifications Have 4+ years of practical software engineering experience, including meaningful time shipping AI-powered products to real users.
