Salesforce Functional Consultant Position Description The Salesforce Functional Consultant provides advanced functional expertise in the design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce (SFDC) solutions. Unlike a traditional Business Analyst, this role is responsible for both gathering requirements and directly designing and configuring Salesforce solutions to meet those needs.
