Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business processes, reporting needs, and operational challenges. Translate business requirements into scalable data, reporting, and system solutions. Support finance transformation initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and process optimization. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Assist in developing and maintaining datasets, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Collaborate with data engineers and technology teams to enhance finance data pipelines and integrations. Exposure to SQL and database concepts, with a strong interest in developing advanced technical skills. Basic knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements Strong financial acumen.
