Role Summary: The Senior Data Solutions and Engineering Architect is a subject matter expert for data architecture. Develop strategies for warehouse implementation, data acquisition and access, and data archiving and recovery. Builds data models and defines the structure, attributes and nomenclature of data elements. Will design data ingestion routines using best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies. Will evaluate new data sources for adherence to the organization's quality standards and ease of integration. Versed in best practices of data governance and data management. Design, establish and enforce standards and principles for data architectural frameworks including modeling, metadata, security, reference data, master data.
