We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of reporting and analytics across the Workday platform. As a key member of the Workday Center of Excellence, this role owns the Workday data and reporting strategy, including Prism Analytics and related data products, to enable reliable, scalable, insight-driven decision making. You will partner cross-functionally with business owners, solution architects, project managers, and technology teams to deliver governed, high-impact analytics, balancing innovation with security and standards. Position Responsibilities Own and execute the Workday reporting and analytics strategy (standard reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Prism Analytics, and related data products). Serve as the SME for Workday reporting tools and the Workday data model; define standards, architecture, data definitions, and governance. Translate business reporting needs into scalable Workday solutions and a prioritized delivery roadmap. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field. 6+ years of experience in ERP reporting/analytics/data management, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting/analytics. Deep expertise in Workday reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, Dashboards/Discovery Boards, Worksheets) and Prism Analytics.
