We are seeking an Applications Engineer / CMM / 3D Scanning / CT X-Ray / Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our customers and sales teams by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering post-sales support. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for precision engineering. Address customer inquiries and assist with understanding and applying ZEISS hardware, software, applications, and system integration. Conduct customer facing training courses on ZEISS software use and metrology related disciplines. Customer-Focused Problem Solving: Create concise technical reports and provide solutions to complex customer challenges. Troubleshoot IT-related issues, including Windows operating systems, networking, and database management. Maintain a professional, consultative approach to customer interactions. Do you qualify?
