As an Automation Architect, you’ll drive the adoption of automation across our operations, bridging technical innovation with operational needs. You’ll architect solutions that scale content moderation, mitigate abuse, and empower our teams to deliver trusted and safe content to our customers. Key job responsibilities * Orchestration Leadership: Champion the integration of AI/automation tools (e.g., Generative AI, intelligent workflows) into Trust & Safety operations. Translate technical possibilities into actionable strategies for operational teams. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to design solutions that balance speed, accuracy, and compliance. * End-to-End Solution Design: Own the architecture of AI-driven systems for content moderation, risk detection, and policy enforcement.
