About This Role We are looking for an experienced and versatile leader to lead Finance Systems & Data at Faire. The right candidate will combine deep technical fluency across finance systems with a track record of driving modernization and AI adoption in finance contexts. You will be central to how Faire plans, reports, and operates the business — and to ensuring we are fully prepared to run with public-company rigor. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Finance Systems or Business Systems — with progressive leadership scope Player-coach orientation — operates fluidly as PM, architect, and coach. Technically credible enough to dive into complex problems alongside the team and unblock the roadmap.
