This role works directly with business users at the field support location, ensuring timely issue resolution, accurate data processing, and effective communication across business teams, internal IT, and external technology partners. The specialist will manage data flows from Samsung’s internal DataHub platform, utilize Alteryx for data transformation, and collaborate with Varicent’s technical vendor (Argano) to support system enhancements, defect resolution, and overall operational stability. Understanding of enterprise data pipelines and platforms (DataHub or equivalent).
