Position Summary The Workday Solution Lead will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the organization’s Workday ecosystem across Core HCM and related modules. Position Summary The Workday Solution Lead will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the organization’s Workday ecosystem across Core HCM and related modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional HR process knowledge and technical Workday expertise, including configuration, reporting, business process optimization, security, integration, and release management. This individual will play a key role in ongoing transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and support activities across the Workday platform. In-Office Requirement: 4 days per week Responsibilities Workday Configuration, Solution Design & Process Optimization Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and business stakeholders to understand operational needs and design scalable Workday solutions. Configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizations, validations, notifications, calculated fields, condition rules, and security assignments. Qualifications Education & Certificates Bachelor’s Degree, required Concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, HRIS, or related field, preferred. Workday Certification(s) is strongly preferred. Workday Studio or Workday Extend certifications is a plus. Professional Experience 5+ years of relevant technical experience required.
