Sr Program Manager AI Enablement , Sub Same Day (SSD) / R2L

The Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) team is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead AI Enablement across our high-growth operational businesses. R2L owns end-to-end customer fulfillment aspects including supply chain planning, operations, central programs, delivery, and technology. This role will design and implement frameworks that democratize AI capabilities, enabling teams to leverage AI to drive operational excellence through intelligent automation. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance executive stakeholder management with cross-functional coordination, change management expertise with technical fluency, and strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. You will build the capability development programs, enablement frameworks, and partnership mechanisms that transform R2L employees into AI-capable problem solvers who can build self-help tools and prototypes using their business knowledge.
