Position Overview: As a Digital Product Manager, you will lead the strategic advancement of Polaris’ engineering systems to transform the product development process from traditional 2D drawings to a contemporary Model-Based Product Development approach. You will serve as the product owner for foundational engineering capabilities centered on the PTC Windchill ecosystem, defining roadmaps that enable virtual builds, testing, and Model-Based Definition. In this role, you are accountable for delivering scalable digital products that create measurable value for global stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Supply Chain. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT or Engineering with increasing scope and accountability. 5+ years of experience in Product Management partnering with senior business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
