What you will do As a Junior Specialist Adoption Architect you will participate in the FASTER Program (Field Accelerator for Sales and Technical Emerging Roles), which is a 10-month, comprehensive onboarding and development program designed to equip you with deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights. You will gain hands-on experience across Red Hat's portfolio, learn from peer architects, and contribute to real-world adoption initiatives that deliver immediate value to customers.
