Job Summary As a member of the customer account team, a Junior Specialist Adoption Architect (SAA level 1) is an emerging technical specialist covering Application Platforms, Cloud Native Infrastructure, Mission-Critical IT Automation, Red Hat Cloud Services platforms, and AI platforms. The primary focus of this role is to partner with account teams to eliminate technical and organizational blockers, educate customers, and prove platform value to turn technical wins into long-term adoption and retention. What you will do As a Junior Specialist Adoption Architect you will participate in the FASTER Program (Field Accelerator for Sales and Technical Emerging Roles), which is a 10-month, comprehensive onboarding and development program designed to equip you with deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and industry insights.
