Member of the Technical Staff — Applied AI, Fullstack

The Role We’re hiring a Member of Technical Staff – Applied AI, Fullstack to design, build, and scale end-to-end systems that power Stuut’s platform for B2B financial operations. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams, as well as customers to deliver seamless, high-performance experiences across the entire stack. This is a high-impact role for someone who can own projects from inception through scaling, think across systems, and deliver reliable, user-centered solutions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping Stuut’s engineering culture and product experience, ensuring our full stack systems are both elegant and scalable as we grow. What You’ll Do Drive Stuut’s full stack technical vision through cross-functional collaboration across product, design, and engineering. You Might Be a Fit If You… Have 5+ years of full stack engineering experience with a track record of delivering products at scale. Are highly skilled in Python and TypeScript, with experience building both robust backend services and modern frontend applications. Have strong expertise in database design, API development, and system architecture.
