The Clinical Operations Manager plays a key collaborative role, partnering with regional teams to deliver innovative, comprehensive solutions for Varian customers. This position emphasizes process optimization and strategic alignment, leveraging tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, Lists, SharePoint) and Salesforce (Unity Reports and Dashboards) to enhance communication, project visibility, and operational efficiency. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience at Varian. Clinical experience with Varian products strongly preferred. Preferred prior education and training experience.
