What You’ll Do: Drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software products, from concept to production release. Build public facing web and mobile apps used daily by a passionate global collector community-direct user impact, tangible feedback, real customer problems. Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to develop clear business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including architecture decisions, code reviews, and release management. Lead and mentor teams of software engineers, fostering a collabora
