The IT - Workforce Experiences and Communication team is seeking a Sr. Principal AI Architect (IC6) to define the vision for how Yahoo employees work. Our mission is to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions that integrate agentic AI capabilities to automate business processes and exponentially increase the productivity of the global Yahoo workforce. This team is responsible for staying ahead of the rapidly changing AI landscape, rapidly prototyping advancements, and scaling beneficial AI technologies across the enterprise. What You’ll Do Define and drive the architectural strategy for agentic, assistive, and autonomous AI systems across the Workforce Experiences ecosystem. Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in day-to-day architectural workflows, replacing manual system mapping with automated documentation and AI-assisted design patterns. Can bridge business requirements and technical specifications. Experience in GenAI, Agents, and machine learning application development.
