This role partners with Business Unit project managers and New Product Coordinators (NPCs) to resolve operational issues and reduce cycle time from development to release for manufacturing. In the near term, the primary focus will be supporting PRIME (Product Release Integration Management Environment), the new product manufacturing validation workflow. Proactively resolve issues reported by business unit partners, including New Product Coordinators (NPCs) and project managers. Process data change requests (ECNs) accurately and on time. Respond to production queries and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders. Review, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors to keep workflows running smoothly.
