- Technically fluent in AI technologies and state of art as it applies to process transformation (automation tools like Zapier or N8N, LLMs)
- Ability to design & implement lightweight AI-enabled workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and LLM-based code development (preferably Claude Code)
