Design and optimize workflows for billing, subscription management and financial reporting, with a focus on automation, scalability, and accuracy. Strategize and build the vision for how Canopy uses Zuora. Anticipate business needs and deliver functionality to support new product launches, pricing changes, and internal process changes.
