WHY: The purpose of this role is to reduce the vehicle yard holds, ensure product quality, and breakpoint the latest software in plants and in the yards using proven reflash tools across GM manufacturing facilities. WHAT: As a deployment supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for updating many different ECUs and finished vehicles across GM North America. HOW: Supporting the manufacturing plants to make it happen for our customers. Work Arrangement - Onsite The successful candidate is expected to report to the GMNA plants, warehouses, and Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. What Could Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) Prior experience leading reflash, software deployment, or launch support activities in a manufacturing environment. Experience in vehicle assembly plants, yard operations, or post-production vehicle handling. Familiarity with software release processes, version control, and breakpoint management (e.g., VeSCoM).
