Engineering Manager, Enterprise Product

We are seeking Engineering Managers to join our Enterprise engineering pillar, focused on scaling product experiences for our biggest customers. We currently have openings on: The Admin & Governance Team: As AI becomes central to Airtable, enterprise customers need governance controls that let them adopt AI confidently, with granular feature enablement, capability-based restrictions, and full admin visibility. The Admin & Governance team is building that control plane – the AI Governance framework that gives admins those controls at every level of the enterprise. We're looking for a leader who can drive the AI Governance roadmap, scale the team's existing enterprise trust systems, and directly unblock adoption for our largest customers. Please note: while we employ a hybrid working model at Airtable (flexible in working from the office or elsewhere), we are looking to hire candidates at this level that are based in San Francisco or New York City who are open to coming into the office at least ~2-3 times/week for team collaboration. Strong customer focus and experience working closely with Product Managers to define products, manage tradeoffs, and drive adoption with customers. Experience with navigating large, complex systems.
