Senior Amazon Connect Application Architect

What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end system blueprints for IVR, voice workflows, omni-channel routing, and integrations with CRM/WFM/ERP on Amazon Connect and AWS.
• Build and configure Amazon Connect contact flows, custom agent experiences using Streams API/CCP, and serverless logic with Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, DynamoDB.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Lead migration projects from legacy contact center platforms (Salesforce Service Cloud, Five9, Genesys) to Amazon Connect.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in contact center solutions and 4+ years in a technical leadership/architect role for CCaaS or cloud deployments.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, resilient omnichannel CX solutions on Amazon Connect and AWS using Well-Architected Framework.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AWS solutions including serverless, infrastructure as code, and automated pipelines.
• Deep experience with Amazon Connect Streams API, custom CCP, and backend service APIs for contact flows and reporting.
