What You Will Be Doing We’re seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Lead PLM System Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, systems, and data governance across the organization. In this role, you will lead the development, optimization, and deployment of PLM capabilities that support product creation, product data management, and enterprise-wide business objectives. You will play a critical role in aligning business processes, operational requirements, and technology solutions to drive innovation, efficiency, and product development excellence. You will partner closely with teams across Product Creation, Sourcing, Operations, IT, and other business functions to define PLM strategies, establish roadmaps, and ensure system capabilities effectively support current and future business needs.
