Description About the Role We at Innovaccer are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong management consulting background to lead the execution of AI-enabled healthcare technology initiatives for our customers. This role is ideal for candidates who have operated in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments and are now looking to own outcomes end-to-end inside a product-led organization. The Senior Project Manager will translate complex, ambiguous business and technical problems into structured delivery plans, drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and data teams, and ensure AI initiatives move from concept and pilot to production and adoption. This role regularly engages senior customer and internal leadership and reports progress through clearly defined OKRs and KPIs. A Day in the Life Lead delivery of AI-driven programs aligned to customer contracts and strategic initiatives. Partner with executive stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and delivery scope. Partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to unblock execution. Own transition from pilot or build phases into production deployment and steady-state support. Track and report KPIs and OKRs tied to delivery health, adoption, and value realization. Identify and remove organizational, process, and cultural impediments to delivery. Proven ability to operate with executive stakeholders and navigate competing priorities. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements definition, or solution delivery. Experience leading or supporting large-scale healthcare platform implementations (e.g., EHR, data platforms, or enterprise clinical systems), including complex integrations and multi-stakeholder delivery. Strong ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous problem spaces. Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority. Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally).
