Every week involves hard calls about what gets built and what doesn't. You'll own those calls day-to-day and help the founders make the bigger strategic ones. When something ships, you own the rollout to customers, the CS team, and the sales team, plus the metrics and the honest answer to whether it actually worked. We are especially looking for someone who can do two things well. First: get deep into our customers' businesses. We build with design partners, embedding with their teams and truly understanding their businesses. We prioritize based on which AI agents will have the biggest P&L impact for them.
