Oracle Fusion SCM Lead1 6+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience with deep functional expertise in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning and Cost Management Proven experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Diagnostics environments Strong understanding of GxP requirements, including CSV/IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance as they relate to SCM configurations Experience leading end-to-end SCM workstreams — from fit-gap analysis and process design through UAT and go-live support Ability to engage directly with client stakeholders, document business requirements, and translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations Familiarity with lot/serial number traceability, quality holds, and regulated inventory practices preferred
