JOB DESCRIPTION About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and consultative legal technologist and Legal AI Solutions Analyst to join our Knowledge & Innovation team. The AI Solutions Analyst provides day-to-day operational support for the firm’s growing portfolio of AI-enabled products. The AI Solutions Analyst translates business needs into practical workflows and copilots, builds and tests solutions, and drives adoption. Their work will focus on hands-on development within existing firm platforms and data sources to deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Partner with attorneys and practice groups to identify and prioritize AI-driven workflow automation opportunities; translate objectives into solutions and AI agents. Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows for tasks like document review, due diligence, contract analysis, and legal research. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 2+ years in legal tech, law firm, or AI workflow design; legal background highly desirable. Experience as a prompt engineer or in product support/business analysis with exposure to low/no-code automation Experience as a prompt engineer in professional services, consulting, or legal environments; or as a product support specialist/business analyst with exposure to low/no-code automation.
