JOB DESCRIPTION About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and consultative legal technologist and Legal AI Solutions Analyst to join our Knowledge & Innovation team. The AI Solutions Analyst provides day-to-day operational support for the firm’s growing portfolio of AI-enabled products. The AI Solutions Analyst translates business needs into practical workflows and copilots, builds and tests solutions, and drives adoption. Their work will focus on hands-on development within existing firm platforms and data sources to deliver measurable impact. This role is attorney facing and requires strong consultative skills and a basic knowledge of legal workflows. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing AI-powered workflows that enhance attorney productivity and client service delivery. Key Responsibilities Partner with attorneys and practice groups to identify and prioritize AI-driven workflow automation opportunities; translate objectives into solutions and AI agents. Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows for tasks like document review, due diligence, contract analysis, and legal research. Act as liaison between legal and technical teams, ensuring requirements are met and capabilities explained. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 2+ years in legal tech, law firm, or AI workflow design; legal background highly desirable. Experience as a prompt engineer or in product support/business analysis with exposure to low/no-code automation Experience as a prompt engineer in professional services, consulting, or legal environments; or as a product support specialist/business analyst with exposure to low/no-code automation.
