Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Key Responsibilities System Configuration & Feature Management Management of service planning system data input connectivity, monitoring, and governance Identify and document requirements for data feed and data management improvements and work with internal and external teams to complete successful development and implementation Evaluate the impact of configuration changes on downstream planning, execution, and reporting, and communicate impacts clearly to team members Business Analysis [... source excerpt omitted ...] s, and data develop Support knowledge transfer, training, and enablement for business users and partners Act as an authority for the service inventory planning system Preferred Qualifications: Education Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field Experience Database management and/or experience with large data-intensive enterprise systems Experience with service inventory planning systems such as Prophet by Baxter Planning, PTC SPM or equivalent Hands‑on experience configuring or supporting forecasting, inventory optimization, or supply operations in a service environment Experience translating business requirements into system logic
