Manager of Product Development | Forward Deployed

As a Manager of Product Development within Forward Deployed Engineering, you will lead a hands-on engineering team that works directly with customers to understand operational challenges and create tailored software solutions. You will guide the delivery of automation and production-ready capabilities while identifying opportunities to turn recurring customer needs into reusable product functionality. We are seeking an engineering leader with strong technical depth, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to move confidently between people leadership, software delivery, and cross-functional partnership. What you will be doing: Build and lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team focused on customer-specific software solutions. Partner directly with customers to understand business processes, technical challenges, and opportunities for automation. Guide the design, development, deployment, and support of reliable production solutions. Remain hands-on in technical architecture, development, troubleshooting, and solution reviews.
