Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable applications, visualizations, and workflow solutions that drive business value. Your expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, and platform best practices will contribute significantly to successful project outcomes and operational excellence. At the senior level, you are expected to work independently while providing technical leadership and guidance to other team members. Your responsibilities include: Application Design & Development Continue to build out an existing custom scoped application and visualizations using the ServiceNow platform and related technologies. Maintain ServiceNow applications, custom components, workflows, and integrations. Leverage industry best practices to create scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Configure platform capabilities, workflows, business rules, and user experiences to meet business requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business and analytics teams to understand priorities and deliver effective technical solutions. What You'll Need: Basic Requirements 5+ years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
