As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be the technical anchor for that work. You will own the reporting data model, design the delivery mechanisms (APIs, exports, event streams) that get the data into customers' hands, and architect the automated billing system that runs on top of it. Key Responsibilities Architect & Own the Transactions Data Model: Own the technical vision for how user activity is modeled, recorded, and stored. Build Customer Data Delivery: Design and build the mechanisms customers use to get their reporting data through the Developer Portal — query APIs, scheduled and on-demand exports, webhooks, and event streams. Own the API contracts and delivery SLAs that customers and their integrations depend on, including versioning, backwards compatibility, and deprecation.
