GM Defense IT is seeking a Staff System Analyst to lead complex business and technology initiatives supporting key areas of the business including Manufacturing, Customer Care & Aftersales, SAP, and Vehicle Engineering. This role will be aligned based on candidate background, capability, and business need. System Analysts work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements and product backlogs for software engineering teams. They serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on respective teams, while coaching and mentoring to develop team capabilities. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years as a systems analyst, business systems analyst, related IT/business transformation role, IT software applications, requirements definition, process definition, testing, and IT Strategy and roadmap development. Experience in regulated or go
