Workday Finance Business Analyst

The opportunity Unity is seeking a Workday Finance Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team, embedded as a key partner to the Finance organization. In this role, you will own the day-to-day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials, serving as the primary point of escalation for Finance team requests while also driving the delivery of strategic system initiatives that support Unity's broader business priorities. This is a dual-impact role: you will be equally at home resolving a configuration issue in the morning and contributing to a cross-functional system enhancement project in the afternoon. You are someone who builds deep trust with Finance stakeholders, communicates technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences, and takes pride in the reliability and quality of the systems you support.
