The Digital Business Systems Analyst is responsible for performing business systems analysis and support of implementation of company-wide digital programs. This position will implement new digital experiences as well as identify opportunities and enhancements to improve current business applications. The Business Systems Analyst will work with business groups, functional areas, and users to maximize the benefits of digital experiences the organization needs. Major Responsibilities Responsible for working with stakeholders to define organizations business requirements in order to shape the output of customers, consumers and internal experiences and ensure they deliver the expected business benefits Implement new digital business applications for customer and employee experiences Review, analyze, evaluate, and document requirements of business users. Minimum Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience. Work Experience Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners and external consultants to recommend solutions Prior experience working with digital software implementations. Experience with gathering requirements and enforcing best practices. Prior Experience coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and QA testing.
