## The comparison checklist

Record the eligible location, the office schedule, the travel requirement, the customer audience, the production ownership, the required experience and the salary range. Compare bonus, equity, benefits and vesting separately. Where the employer states no sponsorship, travel or office rule, leave that point open and ask.
