What We're Looking For• 3+ years of software engineering or application development experience, with hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered solutions.• Strong development skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.• Experience with Claude/Anthropic APIs or comparable enterprise LLM platforms.• Hands-on experience with LLM concepts such as RAG, embeddings/vector search, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and AI agents.• Experience integrating APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.• Strong understanding of software engineering, data privacy, security, and production application development.• Ability to take an ambiguous business problem, understand the workflow, and translate it into a practical technical solution.• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with both technical and non-technical teams.
