You sit with our customers, build their Individual AIs, connect them to their systems, and make sure they work. What you learn in the field shapes what we build next. ### What you'll do - **Launch customers.** Scope, configure, and ship each deployment, from kickoff to first use. - **Build their AIs.** Turn a customer's documents, recordings, and know-how into working Individual AIs. - **Connect their systems.** Wire Uare.ai into their tools, data sources, and sign-in. - **Run the sessions.** Onboard each team, lead guided tests, and collect structured feedback. - **Fix it fast.** Debug issues on site and get the right fixes to engineering. - **Bring it home.** Turn repeat customer work into product features and playbooks. ### What we're looking for - **U.S. citizenship is required.** This role supports U.S. government contracts that require it. - 3+ years as a software, solutions, or forward deployed engineer working directly with customers. - Strong in Python or TypeScript, APIs, and data pipelines. - Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, or AI features in production. - Calm in front of customers. You explain technical work in plain language. - Willing to travel to customer sites, including government facilities. ### Bonus - Government or regulated deployments (IL5, FedRAMP, or HIPAA), ideally on Azure.
