You own client deployments end-to-end, from scoping through go-live, acting as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders. - Build and manage client relationships: understand challenges, align priorities, and become the trusted partner executives rely on to scale their AI adoption. - Design, build, and evolve AI agents that deliver optimal claims outcomes, including prompt engineering, model integration, and blitz prototyping using AI-assisted coding tools. - Work with applied AI on a daily basis. You scope and develop new features that allow our customers to scale while consistently improving claims results. - Help integrate our product into client environments, working hands-on with their tech teams on APIs and systems. - Coordinate with our core platform team to ensure smooth delivery and improve the product with actionable insights. - Capture and share best practices in internal playbooks to scale Forward Deployed Engineering. ### You will thrive if you - Think and operate like a founder. You take ownership of problems, move fast, and figure it out, whether that means jumping on a client call or writing a quick integration. - Have 2+ years in a role combining technical depth with client-facing ownership (e.g. agent engineering, forward deployed engineering, growth engineer, or founding engineer/founder). - Have a solid technical foundation: comfort with Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern AI/ML tooling.
