For our customers, you aren’t just implementing software—you are the face of Vitalize and a trusted advisor helping them transform one of the most operationally complex environments in healthcare. ### What You’ll Do - Own complex, multi-month deployments end to end, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks across several health systems at once so every go-live lands on time and delivers results - Become a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, nursing leaders, and operational stakeholders as they redesign how labor is planned, staffed, and managed across their health systems - Align executives and cross-functional stakeholders across nursing, operations, IT, finance, HR, PMO, labor relations, and legal, keeping everyone clear on decisions, owners, and next steps through enterprise-wide go-lives - Design and continuously refine repeatable deployment playbooks for academic medical centers and complex, multi-union health systems - Develop a predictable launch motion for new system integrations, including greenfield HRIS and payroll builds - Partner directly with GTM and Customer Success on the internal flows, tools, and processes that drive long-term client success - Work with Product, Design, and Engineering to build and iterate on new product lines, driving ARR growth through expansion ### What You’ll Bring - Clear communication: You communicate with clarity and confidence across every audience, from frontline clinicians to C-suite executives.
