Aidan runs a live, two-way conversation inside a real product environment, clicking through the product like a human, watching the user's screen, and adapting the journey on the fly. Every conversation feeds a self-improving context graph we call the Brain, so Aidan gets smarter with each call. ### The role You own a customer end to end from the engineering side. You join calls with customers, watch where Aidan could improve inside their product, and find the technical breakthroughs: sometimes in the customer's configuration, sometimes in the tooling, and sometimes in the agent itself. You work in a pair with a Deployment Strategist who owns the customer's context and journeys; you own everything that needs code.
