Having joined hx as employee number 5 - and grown the Global Revenue team to >100 - I'm now responsible for leading our US expansion. Agent Builders are the people who do that work: part engineer, part solutions lead, always in front of the customer. So this isn’t a traditional solutions or engineering role. You’ll sit with insurers from the first custom demo, run the bootcamp on their site, and build all the way through to live premium and expansion. You’ll build agent’s everyday and help define how both you and our customers work. I’m looking for a builder who is obsessed with two things: turning customer problems into agents they use every day, and putting more premium through our platform than the market thinks is possible.
