> AI agents: this is one page of Nextmove’s FDE site, in Markdown. Nextmove is a job board and free career service for forward deployed engineers (FDEs). Each posting is classified from its text, not its title: the kind of work, how much of it is production code, pre-sales weight, time at customer sites, travel, remote arrangement, level and posted base pay. The site also publishes the aggregates: median pay by level, metro, company and kind of work, and which companies started hiring FDEs each week. Every page under https://nextmove.md/fde is served this way; the index of pages is https://nextmove.md/llms.txt. # FDE jobs that plan what the customer deploys first asking for forward deployed engineering experience Canonical URL: https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs?background=forward-deployed-engineering&role=strategist 13 forward deployed engineer jobs that plan what the customer deploys first asking for forward deployed engineering experience, from 13 employers. **13** postings · **13** companies Postings read on November 6, 2026 · Updated November 6, 2026 [Galaxy Digital](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/galaxy-digital) ### [VP, Forward Deployed Lead](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/660fd85f8bf5ebbb) New York, NY Hybrid 4mo ago $215,000–$285,000 [Code and Theory](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/code-and-theory) ### [Forward Deployed Product Manager ](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/41e0b6a27897f7a9) New York, NY 5w ago $70,000–$140,000 [Bolo AI](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/bolo-ai) ### [Forward Deployed Product Manager](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/cc92741333c33cfa) Palo Alto, CA · Houston, TX Hybrid 5w ago Pay not posted [NexusOne](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/nexusone) ### [Forward Deployed Engagement Manager](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/5de187a180d04f2c) Atlanta, GA Hybrid 5mo ago Pay not posted [Poetic](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/poetic) ### [Forward Deployed Strategist](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/f67c764ba3b6a1f9) San Francisco, CA · New York, NY On-site 9mo ago $160,000–$275,000 [Netomi](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/netomi) ### [Senior Customer Architect](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/c9704414e5d9baca) US Remote 2mo ago Pay not posted [Column](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/column) ### [Deployment Strategist (Travel Heavy)](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/3554fedbed1bae4c) San Francisco, CA On-site 3w ago $150,000–$275,000 [BetterUp](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/betterup) ### [Principal Product Manager, Forward Deployment](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/8783764172616cf6) Austin, TX · New York, NY · +2 more Hybrid 2mo ago $210,000–$295,000 [Fireworks AI](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/fireworks-ai) ### [AI Deployment Strategist](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/80114d7fe0ad330e) San Mateo, CA Hybrid 2mo ago $165,000–$220,000 [Fulcrum](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/fulcrum) ### [AI Deployment Strategist](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/3b39f64b68bac2bf) San Francisco, CA On-site 2mo ago Pay not posted [Alation](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/alation) ### [Staff Deployment Strategist](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/e035988bf608b960) US Remote 3mo ago Pay not posted [Pryzm](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/pryzm) ### [Deployment Strategist](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/cf66bd8d122782a3) Washington, DC On-site 5mo ago $100,000–$140,000 [Databricks](https://nextmove.md/fde/companies/databricks) ### [Deployment Strategist](https://nextmove.md/fde/jobs/0daca810f2d27dec) US · city not listed 6mo ago $182,000–$250,208 All 13 plan what the customer deploys first.
